Following the reveal of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine costume, there’s new fan art for it Deadpool3 brings together Wade Wilson, Vanessa and Logan as the trio recreate the hilarious jealous boyfriend meme. One of the most highly anticipated movies in Phase 5 is Deadpool3with Ryan Reynolds finally joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe after Marvel Studios took over the X-Men movie rights back. Due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, Deadpool3 hit the pause button on principal photography.

While filming may have stopped for now, the deadpool fandom is still preoccupying itself, especially after Marvel Studios debuted a first look at Jackman in the Wolverine costume. One of them that helps with that is @OGZeeta movie poster artist, who has put together arguably one of the best Deadpool3 fan art so far.

One of the memes that took the internet by storm was the “distracted friend”, which seemingly shows a man turning and away from his partner to look at another woman, annoying his girlfriend. In this case, “the distracted boyfriend” becomes Deadpool himself, turning away from Vanessa while watching Wolverine.

What characters are in Deadpool 3?

In addition to Jackman coming back to play Wolverine again, there are several returning characters Deadpool3 from the FOX X-Men era. Vanessa herself, Morena Baccarin, has been confirmed to show up, making this her third appearance after appearing in the first two dead pool 2 movies. Other fan favorites include Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio, and Stefan Kapičić, who will once again voice Colossus.

One of the bigger surprises for Deadpool 3 was the announcement of Jennifer Garner, who will reprise the role of Elektra from Ben Affleck’s Daredevil movie, which came out in 2003. Garner – who also got her own Elektra spin-off movie – pops in Deadpool3 has fueled rumors that Affleck’s Daredevil will continue to appear in some capacity as well. Finally, while their characters are kept under wraps, Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen have been added to the Deadpool3 cast, with the former reportedly playing a main villain.

The bigger mystery about Deadpool3 is how they actually plan to integrate Wade – and presumably some of his supporting cast – into the world of the MCU. Knowing how Deadpool loves breaking the fourth wall, whichever method they choose, it’s bound to be hilarious. Hopefully sometime Deadpool3 to resume production and wrap things up, it won’t be long before a trailer is released.
