Endgame’s Female Avengers finally get their Thanos Battle in epic new LEGO set -TGN
One of Avengers: Endgame’s greatest superhero lineups – the female Avengers – may not be coming to the MCU, but LEGO has an answer for that.
The final battle of Avengers: Endgame saw some incredible fan-baiting moments starting with the “to your left” hero portals all the way to Captain Marvel battling Thanos, but one tease was little more than a brief hint of what could have been. Introducing the female Avengers team Endgame‘s so-called A-Force moments were a flash in the Infinity Saga, but they should have been given the chance to combine for their own superhero exploits. Fortunately, LEGO is now releasing a set that celebrates their combined power.
The new LEGO Endgame Final Battle set combines most of the protagonists in that female Avengers scene, uniting Captain Marvel, Okoye, Wanda Maximoff, Shuri, Valkyrie, and The Wasp for a reimagined boss battle with Thanos in the ruins of Avengers HQ. Gwyneth Paltrow’s RESCUE, Scarlet Witch, Gamora, Nebula and Mantis are missing from the Avengers: Endgame scene in LEGO form, but there are some wonderful little details, like the rat that saved the universe by helping Ant-Man escape the Quantum Realm.

LEGO does what the MCU doesn’t with the Female Avengers
Despite the plague in it Avengers: Endgamethe MCU’s progression into an all-female superhero team on that sort of scale has been icy to non-existent. The miracles – Billed as an Avengers-esque team-up movie – sees Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel, Monica Rambea (Tayoanneh Parris) and Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani), but three heroes isn’t quite a full team. There have been rumors of a female Avengers movie before — or an A-Force movie, more precisely — but Marvel Studios’ future Avengers plans weren’t revealed until The Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars. The future may bring news of such a project, but for now, LEGOs Endgame Final Battle set is about as close as fans can get to seeing such a team together again.
