Irfan Pathan Trolls ‘Padosi’ Pakistanis On Twitter Again -TGN

Former Indian all-rounder and now commentator Irfan Pathan continued his back and forth with the Pakistani cricket fans on Twitter as he wrote another tweet calling the ‘Padosi’ (neighbors) after the Pakistani fans chased him after Pakistan A’s victory over India A in the final of the 2023 ACC Mens Emerging Teams Asia Cup on Sunday.

The Pakistan A-team, managed by Mohammad Haris, defeated the India A-unit captained by Yash Dhull in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup final at R.Premadasa Stadium in Colombo by a huge margin of 128 runs.

Middle order batsman Tayyab Tahir was the hero for Pakistan A as he scored 108 runs off 71 balls using 12 fours and 4 sixes to take Pakistan A’s total to a whopping 352.

Shortly after India A lost the match, Pakistani fans trolled Irfan Pathan for his previous tweet from when India defeated Pakistan in Melbourne last year. T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. It was one of the most memorable matches where Virat Kohli stood up as the champion batsman that he is and led India to a stunning chase, which India completed on the last ball of the chase.

Then Irfan Pathan had written a funny tweet, provoking the Pakistanis: Padosiyon sunday kesa raha???

That tweet from Irfan Pathan has 183.6,000 likes and over 10,000 retweets and became one of the most famous tweets by an ex-Indian cricketer.

Many Pakistani fans often go to that tweet and shout Irfan whenever India loses a match, more recently the 2023 WTC Final which India lost to Australia. Even then, Irfan Pathan had taken to Twitter to hit back at ‘Padosi’ writing:”Suddenly all the padosis enter my timeline with joy because team India lost the WTC FINAL. I was so right about them… #grace”
